Investment Banking Analyst

At Fstechadvisors, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior bankers in executing transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuation of companies and transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, presentations, and detailed reports for client meetings.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support due diligence processes by gathering and analyzing financial and operational data.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, lawyers, and other financial professionals.
• Monitor industry news and developments to keep abreast of market conditions.
• Participate in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, finance, or a related field is preferred.
