Job Description

Fstechadvisors is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across our clients’ financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and evaluate potential impact on business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze risk exposure related to market, credit, operational, and liquidity risks.
  • Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure comprehensive risk management.
  • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) or PRM (Professional Risk Manager) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
  • Prior experience in risk management or a related field is required.
