Financial Compliance Officer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Compliance Officer at Fstechadvisors. The successful candidate will ensure that our clients adhere to all relevant financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) or CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Prior experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field is required.
