Job Description

At Fstechadvisors, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive in HR Operations to join our client’s human resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the hiring of top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or grievances in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation management.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
