Job Description

At Fstechadvisors, we are searching for a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial health and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support business goals and growth.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve high performance and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
